Situated two streets back from Geographe Bay and with natural bushland at rear this 5 bedroom holiday home brings both the beach and bush together.  The house is 200m from the beach, less than 2km from Busselton town centre.

 

Ideally a maximum of 10 people is suited to the bedding requirements of 2 queens, 2 sets of bunks and single with trundle.  Two families are easily slept 4 adults and 6 children and babies.  Fully equipped kitchen and laundry compliment the fully furnished home with views to the rear bushland.

 

Log fire, televisions DVD player, games area for the kids with video, reverse cycle split system air-conditioning, gas BBQ and large rear and front gardens with plenty of parking space for cars and boat.  Fully enclosed backyard with 2 large sheds for storage or doghouse for the outside dog.

 

Tea towels, high chair and two cots are provided.  Doonas, pillows are supplied but your own bed linen and towels must be brought.  Cleaning products are supplied so we ask you to leave the home as found.

Active Angels offer a variety of gardening services including lawnmowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, gutter clean outs, landscape design and reticulation repair. 

 

Our general gardening service includes – safety first priority, pruning bushes, tree limbs away from driveway, paths and from gutters, weed all garden beds, blow away and sweep all paths and driveway, extra charge for green waste to be removed off site.  

 

Lawnmowing can be quoted to include regular fertilise and weed control sprays, including minimum monthly lawn cut, lawn edge and whippersnip where required and retic checks. 

 

 

Mulching of garden beds once yearly and is charged at cubic meter rate for labour and material.  We recommend gutter clean outs twice yearly and is charged at house rate.  We have public liability cover for $5,000,000. this excluded tree felling over 3 meters.
